What benefits do you get with each membership?

Why do I have to pay for a membership upfront that doesn't start until 8th January?

By joining now and paying the first month upfront, you gain immediate access to book social sessions starting from the week commencing 8th January. We offer a prorated refund in January for the days before the 8th. We'll be in touch with Club Pass membership after we launch to confirm prorated refunds, which will be issued after we launch on the 8th January. 

What are the membership terms and conditions, and how easy is it to cancel?

Our membership terms and conditions are flexible and user-friendly. You can view them here. Monthly memberships can be cancelled at any time.

How do the monthly memberships work?

Monthly memberships are ongoing and can be cancelled anytime. You pay the first month's fee upfront, followed by monthly payments.

Due to demand, I'm worried I won't get regular access to tennis or pickleball social sessions.

We monitor demand closely and are prepared to increase capacity if needed, including extending Pickleball courts and adding more social sessions.

Why do I have to sign up for a monthly membership to access tennis or pickleball socials?

Our monthly membership is about joining a community. We offer perks like social sessions, discounts on indoor court hire, and exclusive club events.

Who can play with me if I book a discounted indoor court with my ClubPass?

Your ClubPass allows you to book discounted courts and play with anyone you choose, with no guest fee or restrictions.

Coaching Programme

 

Do you offer pay & play options, or just monthly Coaching Plans for group coaching?

Sorry, our group coaching programme doesn’t offer a pay-as-you-play option. Players can join the programme by subscribing to a Coaching Plan. This helps us keep our administration costs down, keeping the costs to players affordable. Coaching Plans give players access to our group coaching programme for one affordable monthly fee. Our coaching runs for 47 weeks of the year and breaks for Bank Holidays, Easter (one week), Summer (the last two weeks of summer holidays) and during the Christmas break (two weeks). This helps provide a consistent approach to ensure all players continue to learn and progress on the programme throughout the year.

What if I can't attend my weekly session?

If you miss a session, our coaches can arrange a catch-up session at another time or day, depending on availability.

What about when I go on holiday? What happens if I cannot attend for a prolonged period?

We offer the option to pause your Coaching Plan subscription for up to one month for extended absences.

What are the terms and cancellation policy?

The terms for our Coaching Plan are straightforward and transparent. You can review them when signing up for a session. Cancellations can be made at any time.

Do I get any other benefits with a Coaching Plan?

Yes, junior players get 50% off holiday camps, and adult members receive discounts on Grand Slam competition events.

Do you offer a discount for additional sessions? 

Yes! If a player is looking to attend more than one session per week, we offer a 25% discount on any additional session. All you need to do is book your sessions and then email us to confirm you are attending more than one session per week and we'll get your discount applied.

If I have a Club Pass membership, can I only play with fellow Club Pass members when booking a court?

Club Pass members have the flexibility to play with anyone when booking a court.

How can I book a court?

You can book online through our website or use our Booker app. For more information, visit our Booker App page.

Do you offer bookings over the phone?

Bookings are made via our website or the Booker app. For support, contact us at [email protected] or use the LiveChat feature on our website.

What's your cancellation policy for court bookings?

You can cancel a court booking for a full refund within 24 hours; after that, it's non-refundable. Our court booking policy can be found on our Terms of Use page.
