New tennis partnership at Basingstoke Indoor Tennis Centre and Stratton Park

National Tennis Association (NTA) is delighted to announce a strategic partnership with Basingstoke and Deane Borough Council, marking a significant stride towards achieving our mission to develop, educate and inspire more people into tennis.

Through this new partnership, NTA will operate and enhance the tennis offer at Basingstoke Indoor Tennis Centre and the Stratton Park tennis courts from January 2024.

NTA is committed to enhancing Basingstoke Indoor Tennis Centre and Stratton Park tennis courts, transforming them into vibrant hubs for community engagement and tennis excellence. We aim to create a seamless, inclusive tennis experience that caters for beginners, enthusiasts and seasoned players alike.

NTA will develop a comprehensive strategy that brings together the indoor centre and the Stratton Park courts, linking both facilities into one central offer for the local community.

Central to this new direction is a unified online presence, Basingstoke Tennis: a one-stop hub for tennis players to connect, book courts and enrol on a wide range of coaching programmes.

At the heart of this collaboration is our shared commitment to inclusivity. We believe tennis is more than just a game; it's a catalyst for community engagement and a healthy lifestyle. Our strategy is not simply about tennis operations; it's about threading tennis into the social fabric of the local community.
